Hi, I am Bry! I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, ON! I am passionate about improving one’s airway health and firmly believe it can have life-changing results to overall wellness. Together we can navigate through symptoms such a mouth breathing, snoring, teeth clenching/grinding, jaw pain and much more! Let me guide you along your airway health journey by leading you though well-established therapeutic exercises in a supportive collaborative environment!
Bry works one-on-one with clients to lead them through a series therapeutic exercises to restore proper oral function by:

We offer both in-person and online myofunctional therapy programs. Myofunctional therapy is a specialized program of exercises that helps improve the function of the muscles of the tongue, lips, cheeks, and face. The goal is to establish healthy breathing, swallowing, chewing, and oral resting patterns.
